At The Brittany Jay’na, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Planners, Printables, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products being instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads, including:
- eBooks (including pre-orders)
- Digital planners and printables
- PDF guides and workbooks
- Downloadable resources
If you experience technical issues downloading a digital product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in accessing your file.
2. The Sweetheart Chapter Membership
All membership fees for The Sweetheart Chapter are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription payments. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used membership periods.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future periods. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
3. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Print-on-Demand Items)
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our physical products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
To request a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include a clear photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (please check size charts before ordering)
- Items lost or delayed by the carrier (once shipped, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility)
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items forwarded to the wrong address (please check your address information before ordering)
4. Special Event or Workshop Registrations
Registrations for live events, workshops, or webinars are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
5. How to Request a Replacement (Physical Products Only)
To request a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product:

- Subject line: “Replacement Request – [Order Number]”
- Include:
- Your full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the damage or defect
We will respond within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your membership or access to digital products may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
